I was considering a plasma TV to avoid blurring for sports, but this TV has some benefits over plasma. Overall this TV is a great buy and I’m glad my co-worker that I trust at Dish recommended this to me, so I could recommend it to you. Because of the high content of sports I watch on ESPN and the NFL Network, I need a good refresh rate to avoid blurring. Most people don’t know this, but in order to get a high quality HD picture you need to get a nice digital signal to it, that’s why I use my Hopper whole home HD DVR from Dish to really make my picture come alive.
